In an effort to continue to provide outstanding service to the community, Thomas has opened The Cake Gallery in North Bellmore. The Cake Gallery is a brand new, state of the art bake shop specializing in custom cakes and fine desserts. The production area is wide open for those who enjoy watching professional chefs at work. Many photographs of unique and beautiful cakes and cake sculptures are available and on display. Our showcases are filled with delectable dessert cakes,individual desserts, cookies and cupcakes using only the finest of ingredients.
